At Ben Nicholson, LPC, it is my mission to help individuals experiencing the effects of mental illness and/or other life difficulties become more active and effective agents of their own recovery and success through the provision of high- quality holistic, collaborative treatment tailored to the individual's unique strengths and needs. I provide both in-person and online services including individual verbal counseling and music therapy for adults specializing in the modalities of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I treat a variety of mental health conditions, specializing in depression and PTSD as well as supporting personal exploration and growth and assisting individuals with navigating existential concerns. I provide in-person services in Philadelphia, PA. Online services are also available for individuals in the states of Pennsylvania and Virginia.
