Jaime Benedetti is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2019. She received her Master in Counseling from Rider University. Jaime utilizes a strengths-based approach that aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to find their voice, heal from past traumas, and develop a more healthy, positive sense of self. Jaime believes in setting realistic goals in order to make them more achievable. Jaime’s therapeutic approach incorporates multiple modalities tailored to the individual client with a therapeutic style including person-centered, narrative, emotionally focused, interoceptive exposure, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
