I had been having problems with my voice for a long time but never paid attention to it. A friend told me about Dr. Rafii and not only I found a fantastic and very knowledgeable doctor but a very kind person. My hoarseness was taken care of and I have my voice back. Coming to see Dr. Rafii if you have swallowing, voice or throat problems is a 'no brainer'. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone. You don’t find doctors like him often!

I just had an appointment with Dr. Raffi and let me tell you it exceeded my expectations. From the experience of making the appointment, meeting the amazingly kind staff at the front desk, to the time he walked into the room I felt nothing but good energy! I am very new to learning more about my voice and taking care of it. Nerves/anxiety were high and Dr. Raffi did such a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable. Even when typing notes down on his computer while I was telling my whole life story, he was actually listening and showed that I had his undivided attention. That meant a lot to me. Dr. Rafii has been a voice saver for me! I initially came to him with chronic sinus issues. I have been treated for years by well meaning doctors who simply didn't understand how my treatments were affecting my singing. Dr. Rafii immediately understood, and we are on a treatment plan to alleviate my sinus issues while always taking my vocal performance into account. Unrelated to my sinus issues, I developed a nasty bacterial infection/laryngitis while performing in a musical that sidelined me for 2 weeks. Without Dr. Rafii's expertise and care I would have been completely out of the show. I miraculously was able to sing again, with people in attendance telling me they never would have know that 2 weeks before I couldn't even speak, much less sing. Now, he is getting me back into top form for the next show. Very, very grateful for Dr Rafii and Johana and Brandon. The best team out there!
