Dr. Zaidi was very attentive and really listens to the history/background of your problems. He asked very specific, great questions that truly help him determine what medication would best help you. I felt heard and that he really wanted to find a solution to my problems. I really appreciate the time he took to speak with me.

Dr. Zaidi worked thoroughly to identify and correct the issues I had been working on with my previous provider. He is extremely professional but also very empathetic and really seemed to connect on a compassionate level while still making sure our time was being used optimally. I am blown away impressed. But I really need to make mention of Mary - the administrator in their office, who deserves 500 out of 10 stars when it comes to the service, patience, attention and compassion she delivered to me. She was with me every step of the way as a new patient and I could not thank her enough (as much as I tried to). I encourage anyone who is on their mental health journey to call into this office. If I could rate them higher I would.

I cam to Dr. Zaidi 7 years ago in very bad condition. He has worked with me over those years and with his help I have been able to lead a much happier life. He is patient and careful. It was good.
He meets with you for a vey short period of time, even though it may be a quick appointment, he does listen and shows care and concern. I feel he is very knowledgeable about medications. He also does not believe in over-medicating.
