I came in for a yearly skin screening. As a woman I chose a doctor who is the same sex as me. The office space is cute and the friendly, mostly (all?) female staff. I felt very comfortable.
I was called almost immediately after checking in. And the exam started about 5 min after I was brought to the room.
Dr. Johnson is nice and straightforward. I trust doctors who have those personality traits. They care about people but will also get to the point.
No one tried to upsell me on cosmetic procedures, or purposly make me insecure about something, like other dermatologists have tried to do.
I actually do want to ask about a specific medication that off-label helps with dark spots, but I chickened out after the exam went well. I might be calling back to book a "vanity" appointment. ??

Heather provided excellent service, demonstrating both knowledge and friendliness. Overall, my interaction with her was highly satisfactory.
However, the administrative aspect of my experience was frustrating. Despite booking a 9 am appointment and following ZocDoc's recommendation to arrive 15 minutes early, I found myself standing in the cold as the office was not open before my scheduled appointment. The reception seemed unprepared for my appointment, causing delays during check-in and checkout.

I saw PA Heather for acne and an aviclear treatment and I was so pleased after my treatment! She made me feel so comfortable and answered any questions I had. The aviclear itself was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back to do another treatment with Heather. I was also seen super quickly and didn't have to wait so that was nice as well. Heather is phenomenal. I’ve been seeing her for the past two years for both medical and cosmetic and she has always been so honest and attentive. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to see her, and she really takes her time in the room. I’ve seen a few other providers in other practices for lip filler and none have been as good and natural as the way Heather does it. She always does small conservative amounts to just enhance what I have, she totally gets the vision! Cannot recommend enough
