I got pushback wanting to use an online glasses provider after I told them I just needed the exam. I then asked if I needed a pupilary measurement and she told me I didn't need it. This was wrong and purposely made it more difficult for me to order online. This was very unprofessional and was not in the best interest of the customer.

I would go back, but they thought I was there for a routine eye exam even though I filled out the form that said I had an eye infection. They asked for my insurance card even though I had uploaded it twice online, once in the ZocDoc link and again in the pre-appointment link they sent to my email, but other than that, everyone was very nice and the doctor was very thorough.

Great experience. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. In addition, all were very patient with me since I have super sensitive eyes. I will definitely go back to this Doctor.

Dr. Carlos was very helpful and attentive. She was efficient without making me feel rushed and I was able to discuss everything I wanted to. The assistant who administered my eye tests was also super friendly and gave me some great tips like keeping allergy eye drops in the fridge for quick relief!
