The attempted rapport building was laid on so thick it felt disingenuous. Dr educating me to change my insurance just felt more like, yes! Get a PPO so I can charge more ish up. She and her staff spent so much time with rapport building and sales tactics I only got bottom cleaning. The assistant of whatever dang near drilled a hole in my mouth in an attempt to get a xray bo empathy whatsoever. Some of us have small mouth, but apparently there’s no policy for that.Nope definitely not coming back here. Felt like I came in for an oil change, got my wiper fluid refilled and they tried to sell me a g wagon while they were at it.
I traveled pretty far to be seen based off of the reviews on Zocdoc. I was contacted prior to my appointment to verify my insurance and assure the appointment would go smoothly. Tom, the office manager was friendly and assured me they’ve been accepting my insurance since 1991. After contacting my insurance company to confirm my assignment I was told to have Tom reach out due to the office not having a working fax and email on file. I arrived 15 minutes early, I was greeted by Tom who I found to be friendly and warm. The establishment was clean with plenty of seating. The dental assistant was friendly and took X-rays in the dental room. I found the Dentist to be friendly and reassuring. I was originally quoted a low copay for a cleaning but after being in the office was told I need a deep cleaning resulting in a payment of nine times my quote. They did not provide a detailed/ itemized receipt of services rendered and with no email to successfully contact them. Awaiting a claim.

I was so embarrassed going to my first appointment because it’s been so long. They took very detailed X-rays and photos of my teeth. She clearly explained to me what needs to be done. They explained the coating in full details. I was very fearful but my dentist reassured me that I am in good hands. She was very gentle, thorough, and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and finish my dental plan.

The dentist and her office staff were very professional and friendly. The dentist showed sincere concern for my particular situation (a cracked tooth plus I needed a deep cleaning). She gave me the medicine I needed for the apparent infection that I have from having a hole in my tooth from decay, and now I am looking forward to having the tooth extracted when I return back to her office.

I have dual insurance and ran out of money on the first, but they didn't accept my secondary. I had to find a new dentist that would accept my insurance, and I found Dr. Bhat. I was coming to Dr. Bhat with an incomplete filling/crown and was scared. That quickly went away. She's a lovely woman and so is her staff. She re-evaluated my situation and gave me a filling and built up my tooth enough to not need a crown until the first of the year when my spending limit refreshed. I appreciated this so much. And she checked and rechecked the x-rays until she was satisfied with her work. She also hummed along to "Hotel California" which I thought was cute and put me at ease as she worked. I will be sticking with this dentist.

It was a last minute semi-emergency appointment request. I immediately received a phone call conforming the appointment from Tom in the office. It was a comfortable setting, and Dr. Bhat did a great job at explaining the issues, and got me on the way to fixing the issue. I will definately return to Dr. Bhat for follow up appointments, and general care.

Dr. Chaitra and her staff Tammy and Tom were very kind and informative. The only thing that they could improve on is walking me through what we’re doing. For example, “We’ll be cleaning your teeth now” but honestly that’s the only critique I have. Would recommend.
Needed a dental filling redo urgently since mine fell out while flossing. I found the provider at 6 am on zocdoc with a bunch of open appointments. I booked the earliest one, got confirmation an hour ish later by phone, and was seen for an appointment to x ray and diagnose immediately. They did a same day filling because they had an opening. I appreciated their patience as I kept needing more numbing. Very kind!
After I done with my teeth, I only got one receipt which is credit card payment receipt, No any details list of payments shows to me . I’m so disappointed
