Louise was an absolute breath of fresh air when it comes to Dr’s visits. I had the best experience with her. She listened to my concerns, she asked many questions, she even drew me a diagram of the heart and explained how it all works in order to help me better understand what was going on. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. I couldn’t recommend her more.
Beth was also wonderful and funny, and the most gentle blood draw I’ve ever experienced.
To top it all off, the Dr’s office is a tea and coffee shop! The environment helps you feel relaxed while you enjoy one of their delicious drinks; you must get the Lavender latte.
10/10 - definitely referring all my friends.
