If you are looking to reduce your anxiety and anger, and you want to be more present in your daily life, I would be happy to assist you. I describe myself as a warm and nurturing therapist and I pride myself on being a great advocate for my clients. I specialize in working with adults and focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and am trained in Parental Identity Discovery. I use a trauma-focused lens and have experience working with anxiety, anger management, depression, ADHD, and grief. I can help with a variety of family situations including non-paternal events and parental identity discovery, individuals trying to conceive, infertility, new parents navigating their parenthood journey, and those suffering PMADs. I can help you to focus more on the here-and-now and build up your mindfulness strategies. I look forward to working with you and helping you manage life's transitions and challenges!
