At Best Life Counseling Services, my goal is to help individuals live up to their full potential. I use an eclectic approach based on the individual needs of each client. The techniques I use the most are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
