Provider that joined the Telehealth visit was not the provider that is shown on the app as whom I booked the appointment with. Picture on website was a male. Provider that came in the Telehealth was female. But gave the same last name as the one listed. Was confused as to what was going on.

It was the worst place I’ve gone , I get there for them to tell me I did not confirm when i already had done my check in online and filled everything I had to, then they tell me that I had to change the doctor on my insurance card which that takes 5 MINUTES no lie , so they had canceled my appointment when I had gotten there earlier , the younger lady there was rude and just cut me off when speaking and went on speaking to her staff and did not help me , will definitely never come here , they all very unprofessional

I booked the appointment and confirmed it the day before. I logged onto Zocdoc 5 minutes prior to my appt to see how to join the call. I never got clear instructions on how to join the call so I called the office to figure out how to join and they were completely unaware of my appointment. The dr was with another patient and they didn’t have any other availability for a few weeks…. My search to find a primary Dr still continues
