My visit to this dental office was nothing special. I took X-rays from back in January that I got somewhere else as reference to my ongoing issues, these were not acknowledged. The X-rays they did on my teeth were mediocre at best, with some questionable angles. The doctor seemed rushed throughout her brief conversation with me and the dental assistant was attempting to assist various patients (requested by the dentist) in the middle of my x-rays, which seemed a bit unprofessional. It seems like they were more interested in collecting my payment or offering me extra services than helping my issue.

This dentist was extremely rough while doing my cleaning. My gums and lips were scratched several times by the dental tools. She also coughed with her month open while sitting over me working in my mouth. I’ve never left a basic teeth cleaning appointment in pain and irritated. I need a filling for a cavity but there’s no way I’m returning to this office.

Thank you so much, Doctor! I needed emergency treatment for an infection while traveling and everything went smooth with this provider. I had to have my tooth extracted but she communicated very clearly all of my options and made me feel confident in my understanding of what was going on. I found her exceptionally compassionate and skilled.

I felt like the dentist was trying to beat the teeth cleaning speed record. During the cleaning they caused a large cut on my upper mouth, but never mentioned it. I didn't realize how deep the cut was until I got home and looked in a mirror. They used the polisher the same way my toddler "brushes" their teeth. Just sort of glancing over each row. At the end of the visit they mentioned I had "Two or three cavities", which stood out to me. As I felt like after an exam and x-rays, the count should not be a range. All in all, I would not recommend this dentist. And I will be going elsewhere to have my 2 or possibly 3 cavities filled.

I want to say thank you so much to the ladies in the office for making this experience a bit more easier. I was super anxious given the fact it’s been a while since I’ve gone to the dentist, the doctor and the staff made me feel very comfortable and helped me in every way. The doctor explained to me what was going to be done and what to expect. I am very happy I found this doctor, I’ll be coming here moving forward!

The building was under maintenance, lonely and not welcoming.
Got hurt while xrays were done, I requested to have a manual cleaning and provider denied because it would take more time than scheduled, even when I felt pain, provider continued without minding as if she had to finish fast.

The doctor did not communicate well during their inspection of my teeth, I only found out after I was in the room and was attempting to cash out that the doctor found several teeth that she wanted to fill, and no other dentist has ever told me that, and it gave me pause?

Staff members are super friendly and informative. Answered all of my questions with no problem. They also provided print out of everything discussed. The dentist Dr. Shafa didn’t come to play, okay ! She is great at her job! She was quick and got straight to the point. I experienced no pain at all while she was performing my root canal! I have been hopping around from dental office to dental office for the past two years. I’ve found my new favorite dentist. I do not plan on seeing anyone else EVER again!

Albeit it was prudent visit. The news received from the doctor was not pleasant. This was not the fault of the doctor. Unfortunately, the news from the doctor means that I will not qualify for a life saving transplant. Long term, that means my mortality will be shortened. I guess it’s something that I just have to accept, but now I know I will not be able to live as long as I hoped. I am grateful for the doctor’s honesty. It doesn’t affect her one way or the other whether I live or die. Her job was simply to tell me the truth. For that I’m thankful.

I chose this location based on distance and amount of 5 star ratings but I should have paid attention to the 1 star reviews more than anything. I went in for just a cleaning and waited 40 min despite having an appointment. They said I NEEDED to have X rays done despite just going for a cleaning. The moment I sat down I was being hustled to get every cosmetic change you can get (veneer’s, braces, mouth guards, etc) . Felt like a relentless car salesman trying to pressure you to buy a car you don’t want. After all the x rays she asks do I want to get a cleaning. (Ummm yes. That’s the only reason I was there) and when I said yes she seemed annoyed. This lady man handled my face. I’m not talking just a little rough. She was extremely aggressive. No gentleness at all. No warning and starts stabbing and prodding my gums till they bled and I was having to stop her. She says yeah my cleanings aren’t fun, It’s painful. Continues to scrape and prod until I’m clenching in pain. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. (And for a cleaning!! Like what?) as I’m leaving they continue to get me to push to see if my insurance covers braces etc. and I had to say no do not send anything. Im not sure where these 5 star ratings came from but do yourself a favor and not come here. Not to mention the lack of COVID precautions. Didn’t wear a mask at all and even tells you not to wear one. What year do you think this is? Would not recommend.

Awesome experience and even better results! My daughter cracked her top two front teeth while playing basketball and required two root canals and two crowns. I booked my appointment same day and everything was complete by the next day. Great turnaround time! The crowns look extremely natural and my daughter is happy to have her smile back!

Overall the visit was okay, however we weren't confident about the COVID protocols being followed as the doctor herself did not wear a mask all the times and also asked me to take my mask out even when not required.
Also didn't feel like the advice given was genuine, it felt like to just get more appointments with us. Don't think we will be going back for follow ups.

Dentist was friendly enough. Asked if I was interested in cosmetics, but didn't pressure me into anything. However, my teeth cleaning felt like it was very hastily done and not very professionally - they got water all over me in the process and it was rather unpleasant. Staff did not always keep their masks on. Not a great experience overall.
