As far as making the appointment, everything went smoothly. On the day of the appointment, I could barely understand what the doctor was saying. Almost like the phone was on the lowest volume setting possible on his end. No big deal. My main concern was when I scheduled my follow up appointment, HE cancelled on me. And when I emailed him and called him to reschedule, I heard no response. I tried once again and went to another doctor. It is very inconvenient for somebody who needs to be properly diagnosed and treated rather quickly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this doctor.

I booked my appointment with the therapist, My insurance was verified, I was given a 12:o'clock appointment, Sat the televisit up, I received a message that stated I was all set for my session but by 12:30 no one had came online. So I started calling a number that was affiliated with the therapist, Went to voice mail three times, An hour later I called again and this Indian man answered. I informed him of my online meeting at 12 pm, He then yelled loudly to iam assuming was my therapist in there language, She then started yelling at him. He then informed me that she had no idea of a 12 o'clock appointment, Then they both started screaming very loudly at one another. It was so bad that I had to hang up because if my nerves. Then today I've been receiving automated messages from Zocdoc telling me to get ready for my upcoming appointment! Very bizarre " IT sounds like she must work from her home, Which is alright. But she was extremely unprofessional. Actually scary!!
