I had an appointment with this provider. Right after scheduling the appointment, I received 2 emails from her platform providing me a link to join my appointment & on the day of I was sent reminders from zocdoc about my appointment.
When I joined and waited for the 8:30pm appointment I was not seen but instead sent a message that said “Hi! I hope all is well. I don't have an appointment scheduled for you tonight.” (if I could upload screenshots I would)
I panicked & double check dates and time on Zocdoc and the email sent by her platform & confirmed I had the right date and time. She just couldn’t be bothered to show up.
Do not waste your time like I did. Find a reliable provider.

My 9 p.m. appointment was canceled at 12 a.m. without any explanation. I had planned to complete the intake forms the morning of the appointment, but no one communicated that they needed to be finished earlier.
I called the office multiple times during business hours and never received a callback. The cancellation message was signed as if it came directly from the doctor, which was confusing. When I messaged her to clarify, her initial response was rude and dismissive, stating she had nothing to do with it. Although she later apologized, the lack of communication and overall experience were frustrating. Did not even get to see her, and booked another provider. The practice needs reachable office staff and clear organization.

Jasmine Blunt is a phenomenal provider, she’s deeply invested in my wellbeing and also extremely personable and understanding of my personal experiences in my mental health journey. She is the only mental healthcare provider I’ve seen that I can genuinely say I’m always excited to have an appointment with, she’s so friendly, kind, and it is very self evident that she cares deeply for her patients.

I wasn’t contacted prior to appointment. Called before video visit, left voicemail, no call back, received text message from office asking why I was calling, they asked for name and DOB and I never received a response further. Really disappointing and frustrating. Wouldn’t bother trying again

My daughter confided in this woman very personal and what was supposed to be private information but quickly turned not private when my daughter over heard someone else talking to the counselor in the car! You mean to tell me you’re aware of this appointment days before and know the time but can’t be professional and respectful?

Didn't even get the chance to meet with her. My appointment was cancelled the day of and it would've been my first time with her. Left a bad taste in my mouth especially after wanting to try seeing a doctor again after years going through numerous doctors.

She is supportive, understanding and productive. She has great availability and is easy to reach out to. She listens to what I need and makes a plan consistent with my needs. It has been so hard to find someone to manage my medications in Boston, but it’s been a painless process so far here. I completely trust her with my medication management.

Made an appointment through zocdoc and got an email confirmation from Beth Psychiatry. The day of the appointment I received a text saying “they are unable to confirm my appointment due to unexpected administrative issues”. I tried clicking the link to reschedule and it said nothing was available. I also called the office multiple times and got no answer. Waste of time filling out paperwork and answering questions.

I had canceled plans ect and got a text message shortly before my appointment stating it was canceled. Ridiculous, I filled out all paperwork but for some reason she canceled last minute. A curtisy call would have been nice asking for the proper information. Text messages are very confusing and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Ashley is nice, but Beth Psychiatry is impossible to work with. If you want to be seen by a doctor whose office will answer/return your calls, I would look elsewhere.

I took time to book the appointment that was available on Zocdoc, I took time to fill out the paperwork requested by the office, and I even confirmed my appointment. The office did not contact me or cancel the appointment the prior to the scheduled appointment time. The provider just didn't show. I do hope everyone is okay but I find this to be incredibly unprofessional given it was both a holiday and the appointment was incredibly early in the morning. I understand that things happen but offices charge patients when things like this occur and unfortunately, there is no way to recoup my lost time or effort from this office.
