Most relevant

I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in seeking therapy to speak to Bethany Sanders. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtfully kind. She is also quick to respond and flexible with scheduling. I find her services to be priced fairly and the portal/program she uses to house documents and host sessions to be easy to navigate. In my personal experience, I was hesitant to begin therapy for a myriad of reasons but Bethany provided answers and support as she guided me slowly through the process until I was comfortable opening up and diving deeper.

Bethany is a true gem! She has not only put up with my chaotic self but she has made me feel very comfortable while doing so. She is a great listener, compassionate, and brings much needed perspective. Bethany has taught me to not be so hard on myself and has helped provide me with tools relevant to my situation.
