I was charged for x-rays that I did not consent to or ask for during my routine dental exam and cleaning. I would have refused the panoramic x-ray, especially considering there was no indication to order one. The dentist seemed nice, but there was a loud TV in the room that he seemed distracted by as he was cleaning my teeth. He also did not explain anything he was doing to me and seemed in a rush to complete the cleaning (even though I was the only patient in the office). The front desk person was friendly, but I cannot trust this dentist or practice as they seem eager to push unnecessary services, including fillings another dentist said I didn't need after seeking a second opinion.

Wow, just terrific. It was the perfect balance of old fashioned hospitality and modern treatment styles and technology. Before my visit, I got a call to confirm and some much needed advise about parking downtown. The recommended parking in the garage directly across the street was convenient and affordable. I was welcomed immediately to a clean and comfortable waiting room. The receptionist walked me through all the forms and moments later I was greeted by the dentist himself! I got a very thorough consultation and exam followed by a cleaning that left my smile looking and feeling great. The doctor listens to my concerns and gave me a list of options to consider, including a personal referral to get a second consult on my TMJ issues. It was such a personalized and professional experience from beginning to end. They office even followed with me the very next day and again soon after doing all the leg work for me to find a referral for my TMJ symptoms. I am so appreciative. Who does that, anymore? Looking forward to my next check up in 6 months! Thanks for making my dental care so painless, super affordable, and worry-free. See you next time.
