During my visit, the doctor made a comment about how my insurance was “good” and would pay for things, which honestly made me uncomfortable. It gave me the impression that recommendations were being driven more by what could be billed than by what I actually needed as a patient.The appointment quickly shifted toward weight loss medication, and I felt like assumptions were made without much discussion of other options. I was then encouraged to see the in-house nutritionist and personal trainer, which made the whole experience feel very sales-driven. I canceled my follow-up appointment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing care there. After canceling, the nutritionist’s office rescheduled me once, and I canceled again. Then I was apparently rescheduled a third time without me realizing it, and because I missed that appointment, they charged the card on file. The experience left me feeling pressured, uncomfortable, and more like a source of revenue than a patient receiving care.

The overall experience was unpleasant from the start. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for my 8a appointment as a new patient and no one arrived to even let me into the office until 750a. They claimed I didn't complete my pre-appointment paperwork, which I had, nor did they have a competent individual behind the desk able to help with insurance. Once I finally was called back I felt like an inconvenience. Then after initial readings I was left in the room for roughly 10-15min and then had the doctor barge in without even a curiosity knock. I know it's not required but the way she entered was aggressive. Then the actual appointment felt like a check list and I didn't feel like she was listening to hardly anything I said but instead just gave me a laundry list of stuff she wanted done in less than a month's time. It was just too much and left a bad taste in my mouth.

She was highly recommended in reviews and did not disappoint . I was looking for a professional new primary care doctor that accepted my insurance . And I found her !

My doctor was great! My only complaint is I’ve been waiting on a prescription to be available but the doctor needs to reach out for approval. I called the office and whoever answered was unhelpful and gave me no information regarding the status of the doctor reaching out to the insurance. The insurance is saying they haven’t heard anything so I’m just frustrated that it seems they got my copay and then left me high and dry
