Better Minds Therapy & Wellness is a bilingual (English/Spanish) telehealth psychiatric practice serving patients across Florida. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management and collaborative psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, perinatal and women's mental health, insomnia, and substance use — including office-based buprenorphine (MAT) and Spravato (esketamine) treatment.
My approach is patient-centered and least-restrictive: shared decision-making, careful attention to how medications fit each person's life and body, and culturally responsive, LGBTQ+-affirming care. Convenient virtual visits with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, make consistent care easier to maintain.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this Stephanie and her team. I found her when my previous psychiatrist retired and I urgently needed a new provider and medication refill. She got me in quickly and, from the first appointment, was incredibly thorough, kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and genuinely heard. At my follow-up, she carefully adjusted my medication based on how I was feeling, and I honestly began feeling better than I had in many years. She has also gone far above and beyond, including personally calling a pharmacy on her day off to resolve a prescription issue. She is responsive, flexible, and truly cares about her patients. Her assistant is wonderful and communication is always excellent. This is by far the best psychiatric care team I have ever experienced. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and cares.
