Dr. Jim has a great bedside manner. He listened to my issues with my skin and told me what he could do. Irma at the front desk was very friendly and very thorough. I felt very welcome there and I will return.

The doctor is lovely and so is his receptionist. He listens and helped me with all my concerns. He also tried to work with me when it came to my insurance and anything that insurance doesn't cover. His receptionist is very warm and makes you feel welcome. She gives a quick but efficient facial too.

Truly one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met, my insurance wasn’t covered there but he still gave me some advice and was just a genuine kind human being. Have never had such a lovely personable interaction with a Doctor before. Highly recommend, he knows what he is talking about and seems very passionate about it.

Slimy people. Never go here. They charged me way too much to freeze warts at time of service and weren’t going to submit the claim to insurance, saying I hadn’t met my deductible so “I owe the full amount.” They submitted the claim to insurance only after I asked them to and insurance determined I only owed a very small amount. The clinic then refused to reimburse me the large amount I paid previously. I’m still in calls with them back and forth weeks later and they’re making up fees like a “ZocDoc charge” and a “billing charge” despite a very clear cut case.

I’m new to Los Angeles and so glad I found dr Ye via zocdoc. Doctor Ye was very responsive, asking me to send a photo of a cyst to his assistant the night I booked the appointment. The next morning, he asked me to come and told me the procedure was going to take 15-20 mins and was able to treat me for a cyst that was bothering me for a month.

He prescribed meds for my dermatitis which works well! I struggled with redness and pimples on my face a long time. Now I can makeup my face when I go out.

Dr. Ye is a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist. I have been to other dermatologists who want you to book several appointments to treat the same thing (a waste of time and money) while Dr. Ye treats in one efficient visit. I have inquired about certain procedures and he shares his professional opinion and makes suggestions for the best possible results. I appreciate his honesty and guidance!

This was a very pleasurable experience. The doctor was very professional and skilled with his technique. I went in for anti aging treatment, the doctor looked at all my areas of concern. He provided very knowledgeable feedback and proceeded with the procedure. I will absolutely be back in the future and refer my friends to this office. I felt extremely comfortable, welcomed and the facility was very clean.

I was a little skeptical to try a new Doctor for getting Botox done but after this visit I would have to say that Dr Ye has the best hands In the business. I’ve had Botox done with 4 other doctors and I think Dr Ye is by far the best at what he does. I would definitely recommend Dr Ye to anyone reading this.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.
1. They over-charged me because they "didn't trust my insurance"??? It's United Healthcare.
2. The doctor laughed at me when he removed a mole from my stomach for wincing in pain. Have you ever done this before? Of course it hurts. You stuck a needle in my body.
3. They would not call me to give me my lab results. They also would not return my voicemails.

I love learning more about how my body works and why certain products/treatments are better than others. Dr. Ye was great about educating me so that I could better manage my dry skin problems and had no problem explaining everything in detail. Great attitude and friendly staff.
