I Didn't meet the doctor I had booked with but rather a PA, who was great.
The staff was very nice but the office felt a bit grimy.

I used this office via ZocDoc app, which was my first time doing so. I wish the doctor’s office had actually looked at/read my pre-appointment forms because they couldn’t actually help me… so I just wasted a chunk of money (copay costs) as well as my time (waiting for them to join the zoom and also waiting for their call back). I guess this review is more-so about this office using “teledoc”, which I wouldn’t recommend, but maybe they’re great in person. For me in this scenario, it was a waste of time… and I learned a lesson lol.

Doctor was OK very unorganized office and staff their appointments are ridiculous they will call you back a week later to reschedule you for another week or 10 days out because they are understaffed with the doctors that visit this office to do additional services is never there or on time after you make your initial appointment very unorganized I just was a terrible visit I will never come back again to waste my time?

Dr Katiraie was nice, but I spent 2+ hours waiting to be seen by him. This would’ve been fine but the real problem was his resident student who did all the initial intake questions and then passed along the info to the doctor. The resident was extremely unprofessional, made me extremely uncomfortable, questioned me for almost an hour, came back into the room 4-5 times to re-ask a question that I had already answered, had really dramatic reactions to my past medical history/current complaints in a way that was extremely judgmental, loitered in the room trying to make small talk while the doctor was seeing other patients instead of just leaving the room, and overall had terrible bedside manner that made me never want to come back here again or share any sensitive medical history with him. Whoever this resident was should never be allowed to practice medicine.

The office staff were fantastic and lovely to work with, they took my concerns seriously which was great and I highly rate their bedside manner. I don't think I will be returning sadly as I felt my concerns weren't addressed well with the doctor. I went in for an annual physical, I was not physically examined at all other than having my blood taken by a nurse despite the fact I had several concerns that likely required a physical examination, and he only addressed the symptom that was most concerning to him on my paperwork. Then he left the room to ask the nursing staff a question, I expected him to return to complete the rest of the appointment since I had several other concerns I needed to address. The nursing staff then informed me that he had left and the appointment had ended without me realising. It is my understanding he went to the hospital and I am hopeful it can be resolved when I get my results, but I felt I needed to be honest about my first impression.
