When I arrived, I was check-in by the front desk receptionist and she asked if I had filled out the forms online and I stated I didn't so she gave me the paperwork to fill-out. I waited between 25-30 minutes before I was called by the dental assistant. He was very pleasant, he took my blood pressure, digital images and some bitewing x-rays. Then told me Dr Nixon would be in shortly. I explained to Dr Nixon about my tooth sensitivity so she conducted some testing and I experienced the sensitivity when she sprayed some cold air on my lower molar tooth. She gave me two options to solve my problem. Dr Nixon was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated well so I understood all the procedures that were involved in the process which I really appreciated. Although the wait time was somewhat excessive, overall I had a good experience with the staff and Dentist.
