Beyond Basics Physical Therapy

Since 2003, Beyond Basics has been a place of hope and healing for our patients. We believe skilled and compassionate healing can restore your body’s harmony and balance. Founder, Amy Stein, and co-founder, Corey Hazama are renowned experts and leaders in pelvic floor PT. Amy literally wrote the book on it (Heal Pelvic Pain). Through their leadership they have put together an all-star team that approaches physical therapy like no other practice. We’re out of network because it means we can give you better care. Patients are seen for a full hour, one-on-one, without passing them off to aides. Treatment plans are based on your needs, not the needs of your insurance plan. And we work towards functional goals that improve your life—not industry minimums set by insurance providers. For all these reasons, we choose to remain out of network. Our internal billing staff will work with you to submit claims on your behalf and walk you through your options. Unfortunately, we don't handle no-fault cases at this time.

I saw results following my initial evaluation and progressive results with subsequent sessions. The exercises she gave me to complete independently were tailored to my needs and she was cognizant of not giving me more that what I could reasonably complete. Cannot say enough good things about Sonali!
