The hospital is a clean facility, and the staff are okay so far. It was my first visit, my opinion could change based on how things move forward. The bedside manner ia great, the Doctor listened to my concerns though he appeared to be occupied with other things in his head. You know when someone has so many tasts they have to do and they're knocking them off one by one? That way but he did listen to my concerns. A lot was happening. One thing I highly recommend they improve on is the wait time. I waited for an hour before I could be seen. There was a gentleman before me who waited even longer than me. We give hospitals the courtesy of coming in 15 mins early, even going extra mile to check in online only to wait for an hour or more for our actual appointment, this can be really frustrating. Please look into this and get better at seeing patients at their assigned time. The most one should have to wait is 15 mins max.

I was very upset in addition to not feeling well because I checked in and after asking why I was still waiting after close to an hour, I was told I fail to check in on the check in kiosk.
When they checked, I had indeed checked in.
Then I had to see the Practitioner instead of the doctor who I feel would have been more familiar with my problem.
This was Wednesday. I called back on Friday because I was still suffering with the issue and it was the weekend. I left a message because the doctor’s nurse message was she was busy so please leave a message and they would return my call. Today is Monday, NO One has called me. I am still experiencing problem.
If it continues maybe I need to find another doctor.
