Provider didn’t check all of my symptoms/answer all of my questions, left me with no clear prognosis and just prescribed antibiotics without explanation. Door was open during the entirety of the consultation.

Overall, it’s concerning that the doctor was not really sure about the diagnosis after examining me and neither she could give solid directions for antibiotics. The main frustration is that after taking a strep test the result never came which makes me wonder if I take antibiotics for nothing. Normally it takes a day or even minutes to get results. I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

Doctor was fine. Issue is that he forgot to actually call in my prescription. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but nobody answers the phone at this office. I have tried calling multiple times and despite waiting on hold, have never actually gotten a person to pick up the phone. I am now going to run out of medicine before my next appointment.

Doctor was very thorough in explaining the labs he would order based on the concerns we discussed. I'm glad the other reviews were correct! The nurse helping around was also nice and didn't hurt when she drew my blood. She was also kind to suggest I don't look at the needle if I have problems with seeing blood.
My only surprise/slight annoyance was having to go through the tablet in the front desk and seeing that I couldn't 'Check-in' - because the error message on the tablet didn't specify that this wasn't doable when I'm a 1st time patient. I was standing there awkwardly for a few minutes and had to ask another patient if they had seen a front desk person (which luckily they did). It would be helpful to know if the front desk is not going to be available for a while via a taped Note or something .

Dr. Baustista is an excellent listener and has great probing skills to specifically obtain even the tiniest details of how a patient feels or is undergoing such predicament. He allows time to describe exactly what you are experiencing with your health condition and recommends all the necessary procedures to rule out immediately what is causing the health issues.
