Primary Care/ Walk in Urgent Care/ Concierge Services:
Dr. Torres-Olsen ARNP cares for infants 6 months – end of life. Dr. Torres-Olsen DNP will treat your existing conditions and provide a multitude of services including
Primary Care/ Urgent Care
Diagnosis & treatment of all disease including but not limited to; hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, low testosterone, ED (erectile dysfunction). Well women visits (with pap), referral to specialists and diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, mammogram, bone density scans and CT scans). IN house labs such as Hba1c (for diabetes), Complete Metabolic Profile (liver and kidney function test), rapid Covid antigen tests, Strep tests, Flu tests, pregnancy tests, cholesterol test, PT/INR test, blood sugar test, 14 panel urine drug screening. We also send out specialty labs to either quest or LabCorp depending on insurance (if any) or we have in house prices for send out labs. We also do EKGs and surgical clearances. including; treatment of hypertension (does not include pregnancy induced hypertension), simple procedures, including but not limited to; sutures, urinary tract infections, DOT physicals, school physicals, sports physicals, PPDs, immunizations ( Tdap and Flu vaccines). We provide antibiotic injections for infections and therapeutic injections for pain (nonnarcotic and non-controlled substances in house), medication refills one time only (non-controlled medications), allergy injections with medications and prescriptions. She is skilled at accessing infusion ports, inserting urinary catheters for urinary retention and IV insertion,

Very friendly staff with a very clean and tidy office. Dr. Olsen is clearly very passionate about her job and that’s much appreciated, she even gave me some free supplement advice. They weren’t aware of me setting an ‘appointment’ online but they still saw me right away for a walk-in visit and made the paperwork very fast and easy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good family practitioner.

This appointment was for my first pap-smear and I was a bit nervous going in, after meeting the doctor I was completely relaxed, and comfortable. This was the best and easiest doctors visit I've ever had. I 100% recommend Dr. Vivian Torres-Olsen! She was amazing, as well as her staff, the only thing I would say to look out for is that I had to pay a hefty amount because they didn't take my insurance. Though I would say that is more of a Zocdoc issue- not the doctors office. The space itself was a bit small, but comfortable and clean.

Dr. Torres-Olsen is so, SO sweet. I’ve had some really bad experiences, with Drs in the past…. Dont have to worry about that with her tho! She was so much more, than I could’ve hoped for!!!! Her staff was super sweet too. Checking in was quick and easy. The office feels welcoming, is decorated adorably, and I love the jewelry they have hanging up! Her bedside manner is the best I’ve had in a VERY long time. Shes respectful, and polite. She genuinely seems caring, and empathetic. Which is a huge deal for me! She took an extremely triggering, and stressful situation for me, and turned it into the best experience she possibly could have. #1 experience, in 8+ years. I feel like that alone, showed me so much about her, and her capability as a Dr. I feel so lucky, and so SO grateful, that I found Bibiana’s!! 10/10 will continue to recommend!!

I learned that although Zocdoc indicated I was in network, I wasn’t. I had to pay an out of network fee, but it still was worth it. Initially coming in office, I was a little hesitant. It looks unique compared to other doctor offices, but still clean and professional. The doctor made me feel welcome and she listened to my concerns. She’s knowledgeable and helps get down to the root of problem by making appropriate referrals. I was contacted and scheduled with radiologists and more within a week. Not only have I been scheduled but I also was scheduled for multiple appointments the same week. It all was processed quickly and I’m grateful. I’ve been frustrated and worried regarding my health concerns lately, and I felt seen finally. I am impressed. I drove 45 minutes to see Dr. Vivian and I’ll gladly do it again. She’s awesome!
