Dr. A is amazing. Sweet, kind, and looks a heck of a lot like Clark Kent. The latter being the sole reason I booked to begin with, being a comic book nut. But, he actually listened to me and even hugged me when I started to cry. I've been dealing with so called doctors not listening to me and just attributing my pain to my weight. Dr. A was the FIRST in my 12 year ordeal to listen, take an xray, and commit to solving the issue. I'm happy for the first time in ages and I cannot wait for him to operate on me. Please, do yourself a favor and visit this incredible gift to the medical field.

Dr A is great ... explains the problem and options throughly. We had trouble explaining the problem for my dad with many doctors before. Today Dr A got that issue satisfied in just one visit. If my dad decide to go for an operation soon it will definitely be with Dr A due to his obvious understanding of the situation and the confidence he has and provided for us in today’s visit.

Dr. A and his team were incredibly responsive in assessing my hip issue. The doctor was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis, drawing diagrams and answering my questions. I appreciated that he talked through the various treatment possibilities, and adjusted his prognosis after examining me. I have never written a public review in my life, but I truly believe people should be aware of my experience. After months of back-and-forth communication and calling multiple times a day, I finally decided to pull all of my records from Big Apple Spine due to the lack of responsiveness and support regarding my medical care.
While it may be easy to schedule an appointment, do not expect timely follow-up on results or referrals for additional services such as MRIs or physical therapy. Calls and messages consistently went unanswered, regardless of how much pain or urgency I expressed.
In my experience, this practice reflects many of the frustrations people have with the healthcare system today. I would strongly encourage others to consider seeking care elsewhere.

I was first greeted by the office staff who were not only friendly but very professional and hospitable. Shortly after completing the necessary documentation I was called back to the consultation / examination room, where I was then seen by Dr. Elvis Francois. Dr. Francois was absolutely wonderful. He asked me questions and was extremely attentive to what I was explaining to him. This visit was very casual and laid back. It almost seemed like I wasn’t at a doctor’s office. As a result, after reviewing my imaging results he clearly explained all the possible treatment options, which seemed extremely reasonable. I felt comfortable and in good hands with Dr. Francois! I highly recommend this practice for definitely being top tier across the board in attending to their patients with extreme care.

I can’t explain how comfortable and cared for I felt with Dr. Francois and the other doctors and staff. This was a pretty serious surgery and I had no fears.
The front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The office is beautiful and modern. It’s located in the middle of almost every train.
This was something that had to be done and I wanted it done with no insecurities. Not glad I had to do it but glad it was done by them.
