The therapist is awesome but the front desk should be more welcoming and friendly with the patients. I was dizzy and not even offered a seat and when the wait was longer, then asked to sit where a lady was sweeping.

sometimes you don't need to go to the big NYC, big name places, this PT place in Sunnyside/Woodside is great. my therapist definitely knew his stuff! amazing! muscle, pressure points, range of motion, massage, electro therapy. I may go back even after ny insurance stops paying
