This was a frustrating experience. The provider didn’t offer anything new or helpful compared to my previous care, yet still pushed for a 90-day follow-up plan. Her bedside manner felt negative and impersonal—especially when she avoided using my name during tougher parts of the conversation. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
