BL3ND Tele Psych – Compassionate, Faith-Informed Psychiatric Care (Telehealth in NY & NJ) Welcome to BL3ND Tele Psych, a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed telepsychiatry practice proudly serving children, teens, and adults across New York and New Jersey. Our mission is to provide accessible, faith-informed mental health care that empowers individuals and families to heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, grief, and emotional burnout. Our team includes bilingual providers (English/Spanish) who prioritize individualized care and clinically sound, compassionate support. We do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants or benzodiazepines, and focus on safe, sustainable treatment options. Services Offered: Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (90-60 minutes): Comprehensive intake with diagnosis, treatment planning, and optional documentation review. Follow-Up Appointments (30 minutes): Ongoing medication management, symptom monitoring, and collaborative care coordination. Documentation-Based Evaluations: We offer timely, expert assessments for medical and legal documentation purposes: Immigration Evaluations: Psychological evaluations for hardship, asylum, VAWA, U-visas, and cancellation of removal. FMLA Evaluations: Documentation supporting leave for medical or mental health conditions. Short- and Long-Term Disability Evaluations: Includes clinical interview, symptom inventory, and formal diagnostic report. Workplace Accommodation Evaluations (ADA): For reasonable accommodation requests in professional or academic settings. Pre-Surgical / Device Clearance: Bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulators, and other required psychiatric assessments. Return-to-Work / Fitness-for-Duty Evaluations Note: Reports are delivered within 3–10 business days. Additional documentation fees may apply. Who We Serve: Patients ages 3 and up Spanish-speaking individuals (se habla español) BIPOC and multicultural communities LGBTQIA+ individuals Immigrant families and first-generation Americans Faith-based and spiritual individuals Neurodiverse clients (ADHD, learning differences) Caregivers, veterans, healthcare professionals Conditions Treated: ADHD (without stimulants) Generalized Anxiety Disorder Panic Disorder Social Anxiety Major Depression Persistent Depression (Dysthymia) PTSD and Complex Trauma Adjustment Disorder Insomnia Prolonged Grief Life transition stress We do not treat psychotic disorders, active suicidality or adult schizophrenia. We do not prescribe controlled substances.
