Blais Psychological Care

I am a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years experience helping individuals and couples with a wide variety of challenges and distressing life events. My counseling style is warm and engaging, with a touch of humor (when appropriate) thrown in. I'm very down-to-earth and treat everyone with respect and as much understanding as I possibly can. People generally say they feel comfortable with me pretty quickly. I have experienced quite a lot, good and not-so-good, in my 70+ years, which means chances are good that I have personally dealt with whatever it is that you would like help with. It's hard to ask for help but people usually find that they wished they'd sought help sooner, once they start to see the benefits. So please reach out and let's get started!
