Never showed to the appointment. Got multiple calls and talked to the receptionist and even called 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to ask what was going on and they said she would contact me. She never did. Had to spend money to get a subscription to fill out the paperwork. All for her to never call me. 0/10. If I could rate her negative I would. Absolutely not something you should be doing especially to psych patients. Extremely unprofessional.

I think Dr. Blanco was very kind and cares alot about your well being. She is a great listener. She cares both about mental as well as physical. She is very understanding of what you say to Dr. Blanco. I was attended pretty fast too. I would recommend Dr. Mercy Blanco definitely.

I say do not judge a book by it's cover, Dr. Blanco is very young do not let that fool you. Dr. Blanco bedside manner is admirable, she is compassionate, listens, explains medications side effects, she just made me feel safe and that I was in great hands.

Dr. Blanco is a great listener and very kind, she listened intently to me during our session. Her receptionist is very sweet and helpful and answered all of my questions before my appt, and while I was waiting to see the doctor. Definitely recommend this Doctor.
