Terrible experience, waited over an hour in the virtual waiting room. Called the doctor's office twice, was hung up on the first time after being put on hold for a while, called back, rude receptionist claimed I should have called them before the virtual visit, that the doctor was too busy to see me and even though I filled out all the forms and responded to every confirmation request that I messed up. I don't want anything to do with this doctor. Also only found out too that he misrepresented himself as a gastroenterologist when he isn't, he is a primary care doctor. I'm fuming.

The moment I met Dr. Nikhil, I felt safe! I usually don't like having a man as my PCP, but given the shortage, I took a chance and was surprised and grateful that I did, instead of listening to my fear. I’ve been on a waiting list for a PCP for about 2-3 years until I found Dr. Nikhil, and I’m blown away by his knowledge and care. He helped me more during the time I was there, and I left feeling safe, more informed, and cared for. Dr. Nikhil is friendly, professional, honest, and he cares about your mind, body, and SOUL! Had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Nikhil Gohokar for 4pm. Finally hung up at 6:30 after he no showed me. Needed this appointment for referrals to specialists for my chronic illness. I called the clinic both at 4:20 and 4:55, at first to see if they remembered my appointment and then to see if they were ever going to see me, as I know they close at 5. At 4:55 I was assured the Doctor would see me and it would be “5 minutes” jokes on me for waiting an extra hour and a half I guess. If you actually need medical care maybe find another place to go!

I had a great experience at Dr. Gohokar's office. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The medical assistant was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Dr. Gohokar was thorough and listened to my concerns. He has excellent bedside manner and a great personality. He also provided helpful handouts related to what we discussed. I went as a new patient to establish care and would highly recommend!

He was very responsive and action oriented, immediately gave me a ref feral for a G.I doctor because of my GERD and hiatal hernia, and ordered blood work, listened to my concerns and explained previous diagnoses that other doctors didn't bother to explain. Highly recommend him!!!!

Friendly Provider, very hectic day as his assistant called out and he was doing nothing jobs. He seemed calm and still intense yo each patient. Hopefully each wait time will not be over an hour +. Definitely returning and recommend this office if you are in Fall River area and need a Provider.
