I got an email at 8AM today confirming my appointment was at 9AM. At 9AM, i joined the zoom call and waited 10 minutes. After waiting, i called Marvin twice and it went to voicemail both times. At 11:39AM, i got a text saying my appointment was rescheduled to 7AM today. How does that make sense? That’s almost 5 hours after the new appointment time. There was lack of communication and I had to rearrange my schedule in order to make this appointment. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Words cannot express the level of compassion and understanding Claris offered me. She truly listened, validated me and more importantly made me feel heard. To me, Claris did not appear empathetic to my medical issues and prior horrific experiences with dangerous psychiatric medicines. After two medications made me suicidal, I wanted a simple sedative to help me sleep. That was denied and she opted instead for an anti psychotic that I don't feel comfortable taking. She also did not appear very knowledgeable in the field and in psychiatric medications.
