We will not charge your credit card until your appointment has occurred. =========================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== At this time Bloom Family Psychiatry does not prescribe controlled substances or benzodiazepines. =========================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== We are in network with many insurance plans. If you are a self pay patient self-pay fee's are as follows: Initial session rate: $175 for 60 minutes--Ongoing session rate: $100 for 30 minutes. Please call our office if there are any questions regarding these rates and your appointment. =========================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== Lauren Sullivan has years of experience treating adults and children with a range of mental health conditions. Lauren specializes in a nonstimulant approach to medication management for the treatment of ADHD in children. Lauren also focuses on women's behavioral health through compassionate treatment and support.
