Our Treatment approach is client-centered. We believe in meeting the client where they are in their life. From this point, we process the client's past, make sense of how it affects their present life, process the client's feelings and emotions while providing strategies and tools to help achieve their personal mental health goals for their present and their future.
We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach. We believe that every person, couple and family is different and should be treated as such. We also believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering approach between the therapist and the client. We customized each client's treatment plan to fit their individual needs. Our therapists are dedicated to providing you with comprehensive and evidence-based psychological care.

The office/assistant is very organized with intake forms before appointment and send various reminders of the appointment beforehand. The Dr. was very warm and she makes it feel as if you are speaking with a friend.

My intake appointment with Lexi was absolutely wonderful! She brought a very attentive and calming energy to the meeting, and felt very present throughout. Oftentimes meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel awkward, but Lexi sought to mitigate this as much as possible. She sought to get to know me, shared some things about herself and made it clear this was a collaborative process from the start. I'm really excited to continue working with her and working towards my therapeutic goals.
