Do you find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, even though on the outside, it looks like you have everything together? You might be overthinking, feeling burned out, or noticing patterns in relationships that leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of what you actually need.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who are used to pushing through, but are starting to feel the emotional toll of it. Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
My approach is both psychodynamic and somatic, meaning we explore how past experiences shape your current patterns, while also paying attention to how stress and emotions show up in your body. Together, we’ll build awareness and develop tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to yourself.
I aim to create a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. We move at your pace, focusing on helping you better understand your emotions, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and feel more in control of your inner experience.
