Blooming Mindset Therapy

I provide individual and family therapy on a virtual platform for people of all ages. Please note, I only see patients who live in the state of Michigan. I am not accepting Medicaid. I only accept Medicare Blue Cross of Michigan insurance. I can assess for ADHD and provide documentation of results, but I do not prescribe medications. I am dedicated to guiding clients of all ages—children, families, teens, and adults—through the therapeutic process. My treatment approach focuses on managing trauma reactions, anxiety, depression, grief, along with family/parenting challenges. I look forward to supporting you in building stronger confident and closer relationships with your loved ones. I strive to create an empowering, safe space that supports confronting challenges, unlocking personal insights, and strengthening coping skills. I also have specialized training in trauma-focused interventions TF-CBT, CBT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing.
