Dr. Cudjoe has been practicing outpatient family medicine in North, Texas since 2008. She often shares with her patients, “The body has an innate ability to heal, all we have to do is provide the right environment.” In her practice, no medication is considered permanent and every health concern deserves a thoughtful response. Building relationships based on trust and mutual respect earned Dr. Cudjoe the honor of being named one of 2016’s Best Doctors in Dallas.

They verified my appointment with a number of messages prior to the appointment. I was told my card will be charged for a no show. Got there early and waited for almost two hours before I gave up. Every time I asked, the receptionist said it’ll be 10 minutes. Ended up having to cancel after my time was wasted

From the moment I walk in, I feel seen. The staff knows you by name, treats you with real care, and makes you feel like the entire office is yours. My privacy is always protected, and every visit feels calm, personal, and never rushed. It’s clear my doctor reviews everything before I arrive she walks in already understanding why I’m there. I never have to repeat myself. She listens, she remembers, and she truly cares. I once came in for a serious medical issue, and she showed up for me on every level. She not only treated the problem medically, but she also supported me emotionally and mentally as I sat there crying through one of my toughest moments. I’ve never felt so understood or cared for by a doctor in my life. I’m deeply grateful for her and the entire team. I Highly, highly recommend to EVERYONE.

I thoroughly enjoyed my doctor's visit with Dr. Cudjoe. She was warm, pleasant, easy to talk to and she made me feel extremely comfortable. My visit felt like I was sitting on my sofa at home speaking with a friend or family member. It didn't feel robotic and clinical. It felt like she cared and like she could be trusted. That isn't easily found in health providers today. While every moment in the visit felt authentic and was appreciated. There was one instance that stood out the most for me and that was that the doctor walked me out herself. It wasn't a quick chat, and then the assistant comes back, wraps, things up and tells you to go to the front. I really appreciated that personal touch. Not only will I be returning, but I have already recommended Dr Cudjoe to other friends and family. ?

Initially made an appt through ZocDoc app but the provider then canceled that appt. So I contacted the office directly and was told to book appts via text communication only. I did this and appts were made for my daughter, myself and my husband. Today was my daughter’s scheduled appt but the office didn’t have her appt for today- the patients and days were mixed up by the office. I reviewed the text communications and confirmed my daughter’s appt was booked for today. No apology or anything. I was asked if I wanted to move MY appt to tomorrow. Even though that’s how it was initially scheduled. It was very disorganized and unprofessional.
Then they didn’t even accept our insurance and charged my daughter for an office visit. We have great insurance that we were told was accepted when the appts were made. We don’t have a copay with our insurance and deductibles have all been met .
Very disappointed in the demeanor of the office staff. I therefore canceled my appt and my husband’s appt.

Dr. Cudjoe and her longtime Nurse, Lynette, are the most amazing healthcare providers we've ever known. My husband and I have both been with Dr. C for more than 15 years.
When she left the cattle call medical office where she formerly practiced because she didn't feel she was able to truly help her patients due to time constraints, arbitrary rules, etc, we searched for her and waited until she opened her own practice. We are so pleased to see her practice is thriving. There's no doubt the reason is because she is amazing.
She's like the physicians in the olden days when your doctor was an extension of your family. They knew all about you, your family, and your history so they could have a holistic (whole view) of your life to better assess and treat you. We are so grateful for Dr. Cudjoe and Lynette!
