Are you kidding? The calendar scheduler is way off. You might want to check the year of the calendar you have set up for your appointments. Not a good look when people try for follow-ups.

I had a very unprofessional experience. I originally scheduled the appointment for 10:00 p.m., but the doctor reached out asking to move it to 8:30 p.m. I agreed and adjusted my schedule, but at 8:30, I received no link. I followed up around 8:40 and still got nothing. Nearly 20 minutes later, I finally got a message with the link — but before I could even join, the doctor asked to reschedule again for 9:30. After multiple delays and poor communication, I chose to cancel. I was then charged a cancellation fee despite the fact that the doctor was the one causing the scheduling issues. Very disappointing experience.
