I was totally wowed by Dr. Mendez and Rebecca! I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism that, in my experience, is not common in the medical industry. This was my first visit and I truly felt that the doctor and staff genuinely cared about my issues and drilled down to fully understand what was going on. I felt very welcomed and that I was not just another patient to "get through" for the day. I was very impressed by Dr. Mendez's depth of knowledge on a wide variety of issues. Rebecca's bedside manner is unmatched in my opinion-she really set the stage for the doctor's one-on-one with me. My old provider is fired and I will use Dr. Mendez for any and all future medical needs. Thank you very much.

I have seen Dr. Mendez in his office. He’s very knowledgeable! My tele visit was actually a follow up, so was just a phone call. He noted new issues and had new meds ordered to my pharmacy. He said he will call me in the morning to check my progress. That dedication and professionalism is unmatched in this area.

Dr. Mendez spent at least 45 minutes with me - which is unheard of in today's - Rush them thru to make a buck world. He listened intently to all of my concerns, then addressed each one with clear answers that anyone could understand. I never once felt rushed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Mendez to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable doctor who listens.

I have multiple conditions and it felt so good to actually be listened to. Dr. Mendez listened to all of the symptoms I’ve been having over the last few years and was able to come up with some ideas on how to move forward. For once I feel like a doctor has actually listened and cared to try to put the puzzle pieces together on what is going on.

waiting time was only 15 minutes. Dr Mendez was very professional, asked questions & addressed all of my concerns. He made some recommendations for my cardiologist and my Endocrinologist on changing some of my medications. He did not miss anything. This was a great doctors visit.
