I booked an appointment via Zocdoc that Antionietta did not show up for. She contacted me directly the next day stating she never got a notification of my appointment and we scheduled another appointment the following week. I filled out all of the paperwork sent to me. I moved around my schedule to attend both appointments. She did not arrive to our second appointment. She responded to me 20 minutes into our meeting stating that she booked the wrong day/time. When I initiated the first appointment, I provided many details of my health history, including my journey to identifying the correct therapist and how that has been a struggle for me. This experience only made me more fearful and hesitant to reach out to providers.

Antonietta is an excellent therapist! She has great bedside manner, very polite and respectful.
