I left after an hour and a half without being seen by Dr Gaziano . The nurse was very sweet, but after she left me in the doctors office, there was no communication until I asked where the doctor was. I Was told he somewhere else taking care of something else.

The entire staff was friendly. The PA Amanda was exceptional with her bedside manners. Doc was thorough, friendly, answered all questions and explained things very well. The Lab tech was gentle and precise with her skills.

I was told I would be sent the information for my appointment by the doctor. I sat on my computer refreshing my email for half an hour realizing he wasn’t going to call. I’m an epileptic out of medication and that was something I had put while making my appointment. ?

Unprofessional. I had no way to get a hold of anyone from that office. No contact to let me know if there was any problems, issues or if my appointment was canceled. I would like to try again but as of now I'm unsure.

Unfortunately I was not seen for my appointment. I never received a link or any information to attend the appointment. I called the office three times today, left a voicemail and still did not hear back. Not to mention this also comes after having called several times over the past week just to schedule an appointment in the first place. If you aren't going to follow through with appointments booked via Zocdoc, then don't let people book them on the website. Extremely unprofessional.

This was my first contact with Dr. Graziano and it was a video call. The Doctor was very understanding of my situation and was quite gracious about my decision to go with another provider. He was very personable and I believe he would have a very good bedside manner. If things don’t work out with my new provider, I’ll will definitely be back to see if we can foster a Doctor/Patient relationship!
