I strongly advise being very cautious before booking with this practice. I scheduled my appointment specifically because they were listed as "In-Network" on Zocdoc, and their own website confirmed they accepted my insurance. However, this was completely misleading. My claim was processed as Out-of-Network, resulting in a massive surprise bill. At no point during intake was I warned about this. Furthermore, their billing practices are highly questionable. The billing department charged my credit card on file directly without ever sending me a final itemized invoice and without my explicit authorization. The lack of financial transparency and the bait-and-switch network status is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this provider and will not be returning.
