Yes I am going to get some work done at his office. Office staff were friendly and helpful.
Wow! The experience was beyond my expectations. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and professional. They took time to carefully examine my teeth and come up with the treatment plan. They also clearly explained what my insurance will cover and what my out of pocket costs are. I had my first treatment right away. Dr. Galustyan is very gentle and skillful. I am very glad that I chose Bollinger Canyon Dental. I already booked my next appointment.

The staff was nice, but extremely inefficient. I spent 1.5 hours JUST on paperwork and X-rays, and had to schedule an entire follow-up appointment for the actual work I wanted to get done on my fillings. They also said I’d need to come back for a 3rd appointment for a regular cleaning, which is just excessive. Feedback: Please digitize the paperwork so patients can fill out the basics beforehand. Please minimize hand-offs between dentists when possible, and streamline the wait between each handoff.
The staff was super friendly with a very personal touch! The dentist Imran was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what I had and what he recommended and why. Highly recommend!
