Excellent dentist, probably the best one I’ve ever been to. She had excellent bedside manner and took time to explain everything. It’s all to say, but I’ve never had another dental provider do this.

This was my first time at the practice and I was very impressed! I was about half an hour late because of train issues but they still saw me. The office is very nice and clean and bright. The staff were very nice and professional. I was seen right away. Kin took my X-rays and was really nice and welcoming. Dr. Lau came in right after. I didn't have to wait at all. She was very knowledgeable and direct, and she answered my questions. The cleaning was super quick and efficient. Looking forward to my next appointment. I would recommend!

Dr. Lau was awesome. She helped alleviate some of my concerns with prior gum issues and answered all of my questions. After the initial evaluation, I was passed off to a hygienist that was similarly super helpful and completed my cleaning in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lau was phenomenal. She’s very detail oriented, thorough and shows an interest in her patients. Nothing was rushed. I had a great experience with the office overall as well. I have never had more fun at the dentist! It had been a minute since I had been to see a dentist, and it turned out I needed a deep cleaning. Dr Lau and her dental hygienist, Karen, were amazing - they kept me informed, they stayed positive, and a would-be scary procedure was a breeze. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience at Boro Atrs Dentist appointment today. The office was spotless and easy to find. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite an initial hiccup with my insurance, they quickly resolved it and managed to squeeze me in for a pre-screening. The equipment was new and modern, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I will certainly be coming back here again!

I booked my first appointment there based on the high reviews on zocdoc. However the entire experience was so bad. Both the hygienist and the dentist were so rough, and impatient , and impolite. It happened with both of them, they just ripped my lips open in such a sudden and rough manner that it bled. I will never return to this office.

By far the nicest and most relaxed dentist I've ever had. Hygienist was friendly with a great sense of humor. Dr Lau was very inviting and chill. She went through her thoughts on my next steps with my teeth and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
