Really took a lot of time with me to discuss issues and options.
I was charged an unconscionable amount of money for a 20 minute visit where I was told given a prescription I already had and told to buy a lotion from Sephora… basically not worth my time and one of the most expensive appointments I’ve ever been to.
Dr. Lam and her team were one of the most caring and intelligent doctors I have ever been seen by. After dealing with a frustrating care experience elsewhere for 2+ months, Dr. Lam was personable, took a lot of time to ask me questions about my condition, and she and her team felt INVESTED in my health (the way that I was!). Can't say enough good things - really happy I found her and was able to schedule this appointment so quickly via Zocdoc.

Doctor is professional and knowledgable. Waiting time is way too long for someone who hasn't been gaslighted enough by our medical system---40 minutes.
This was my first time meeting with a dermatologist in many years. Dr. Orlowski was very thorough in answering questions that I had and took my concerns into account. I felt like I had a lot of input into the treatment plan laid out and was given very thorough explanations of treatment instructions as well as very detailed printed instructions to take home. The office was running slightly behind schedule but staff were all very communicative about the delay and I did not feel rushed when I was seen.
I was there early but still waited about 15 minutes to be seen. Doctor was in my room for about 10 minutes. I will say my concern is pretty standard, but still didn’t really ask any questions.

Took a skin biopsy on the spot so I can get answers and team was very kind and caring when the lidocaine made me feel a bit spacey

Dr. Sahni and her assistant were really sweet and understanding. They made sure I felt comfortable and that any concerns I had were taken care of.
The Dec was really personable and listened to me about what was going non a why I was there. And she provided a clear explanation and explained the what & why for my condition, as well as how to clear things up. She was great.
