We are a comprehensive primary care practice providing ready access to excellent acute, chronic and preventive medical care delivered in a compassionate and supportive environment. Our goal is to practice today's medicine with a personal and caring style.
In addition to providing primary care, our highly accomplished, board-certified internal medicine doctors and nurse practitioners have expertise in hypertension and cholesterol management, preventive cardiology, travel medicine and women's health.
Our patient-centered practice focuses on providing the highest-quality care. Boston Medical Center is our primary hospital and referral center.

Dr. Doran was very easy to talk to and friendly! I had a sub-par experience with a provider at a different facility, but I really felt heard and reassured while speaking with Dr. Doran. We went through all of my concerns and medical history together, and the staff were all friendly, including the front-desk staff, nurse, med student, and doctor. The wait time was a bit longer than expected, but that was the only drawback, and worth it in my opinion to see a provider who actually cares about my wellbeing. Can't thank her enough!!

Dr. Doran was fantastic. She spent her time listening to my concerns and was very thorough when reviewing my chart. I had my first pap smear, and she walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. Couldn't recommend her more!

I made an appointment for a general checkup, and mentioned that I was a little concerned about an issue that I was dealing with. Dr Payvandi was attentive and reassuring, and really was dedicated to getting to the bottom of the issue. She was very kind, and I appreciate that she was willing to explore some options with me and didn't make me feel as though I was overreacting. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor that listens and communicates well.
