Terrible experience from start to finish. I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor, only to have blood tests ordered with little explanation. After the results came back, there was no proper follow-up and no clear explanation of the results. I tried calling the office multiple times, but getting through to an actual person is nearly impossible because everything goes to an automated phone system. For a medical office, the lack of communication and basic patient follow-up is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect your doctor to actually explain your test results, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was never received a link so I decided to call. The person I spoke with was polite. The 2nd person and the person I did the face time with were both unprofessional and slightly rude. My questions weren’t answered and my concerns weren’t taken serious. In fact the assistant before seeing the doctor was very short and inpatient. He rolled his eyes when I asked for clarification and was very sassy for lack of a better word. I do not wish to do any further business with this office

Today was my first visit with Dr. Oza, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to listen. I especially appreciated that he immediately developed a clear action plan based on my needs and concerns. I feel very fortunate to have established Dr. Oza as my new primary care physician and look forward to continuing my care with him. The entire team was equally impressive. Both the medical and administrative staff were supportive, engaged, caring, and attentive to every detail. I especially want to recognize the front desk team, who remained consistently welcoming, patient, and kind while seamlessly managing walk-ins, phone calls and questions. The phlebotomist was also wonderful and reflected that same kind and approachable demeanor. From beginning to end, I felt welcomed and well cared for, and I am extremely happy to be a new patient of this practice.

Dr. Oza is NOT A PODIATRIST!!! He IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR, however!!! ZocDoc is erroneously sending Dr. Oza podiatry patients despite his being a primary care physician. He was kind enough to see me, though, and provided recommendations for treating my foot pain, finding affordable radiology services, and following up with a genuine podiatrist. In addition to Dr. Oza's excellent treatment, the entire staff at Boston Specialists is kind, helpful and solution oriented. Definitely give them a try!

I felt incredibly disrespected by Dr. Oza. I have Google documents going back to birth with my medical history on it since myself and my family have had many medical issues but neither the doctor nor the assistant who took my history seemed interested, only asking the questions that checked the boxes. When discussing my insomnia, he made very dismissive generalizing statements which left me feeling unheard. When I said I already had an appointment with a specialist, he said he wished I hadn't because he wanted to run some tests first, even though I made that appointment over a year ago because of long wait times. I was interrupted and talked over multiple times during the visit which left a terrible impression for a new GP. I went to Dr. Oza because it's conveniently in the same office as my other doctors, but I was not treated nearly as well as the other staff treat me. I have been in my body for over 30 years, they've known me 15 minutes, I'd like a doctor to listen first for once.
