The assistant and doctor were nice, but I was not explained any process or called ahead of time for reminder or what to expect. I never had an eye exam before and drove myself there. My eyeballs were numbed for one exam and dilated for the last. I was not told how long it would last, and could not see great went I went outside and needed sunglasses to drive and it was still scary. I thankfully had a pair in my car, but they were not good. I had asked if it would wear off before I left and was just told yes with no explanation of how long or what to expect or drive.

Very pleasant staff, extremely helpful and full of positive energy and joy. It was a little hard to find the office suite inside the building. Could use better signage. And I couldn't reach the front desk after trying 3 or 4 times to find out if there was parking available. I ended up parking on the street, but there actually is parking in the building complex.
Other than the contact/signage, rest everything was top class. Thank you!

Only question about this clinic, set up inside the old Armory building in Medford on High Street, was where I should park. I quickly filled in some paperwork using a tablet, and waited for only a few minutes before being called in. The routine eye exam was conducted by a capable nurse/technician, and I was seen by the doctor for the detailed inside-the-eye evaluation. All done in less than an hour.

This doctor is fantastic. Zocdoc however didn’t book the appointment and I drove to the doctor for nothing. Luckily I made an appointment while there.

My experience was nice, my appointment was at 8am I was seen and out by 8:54 am and that included the initial check in, the pre exam and the doctor's exam. The office is nice and clean, a new building, the intake form says " if you have not see in 15 minutes, please let the front desk know" I thought that was nice. I am going back next month, and I am looking forward to it.

My experience at the Dr's office was very good, but felt a bit rushed but I am thinking that a power outage earlier in the day had set things off whack a little. The exam was faster than any I have had in the past - maybe they were just efficient, maybe rushed, I don't know. I lower my rating by 1 star because booking through ZocDoc was a pain. It took 5 phone calls to confirm my appointment.

I will continue to keep perfect track of all my appointments via the app and will continue to see Dr. Emily Nangle over at 25 Marston Street, Lawrence, MA 01841! Her colleagues and staff were amazingly kind and helpful but most importantly so quick to take me in and get me situated! So grateful for ZocDoc especially considering the fact that I needed this appointment pronto glasses broke & I couldn’t fine an appointment until March 2022 and it’s November 2021! They needed to confirm my insurance which meant not getting the initial slot I signed up for, but they were very helpful in getting me setup with a new one. There was a few minutes wait to get seen and longer to check out, but otherwise everyone was very efficient yet helpful.

Great Optometrist office, from the reception, to the Optometrist assistant and then my Dr., everything was 1st class and timely. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would use Zocdoc again in a heartbeat, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.
