Brady Counseling, PLLC
The goal of therapy is for clients to take away an increased sense of self-awareness, knowledge of options available to them, self-empowerment, and increased ability to cope with challenges they experience in life and relationships.
I approach therapy from the perspective of meaning, self-awareness, purpose, and approaching life and relationships with authenticity. When appropriate, EMDR is integrated into the approach to therapy with clients.
Wherever you are on your journey, I believe it’s important to be supported in an encouraging and affirming environment. I offer evening and weekend appointments for adolescent and adult residents of Texas. In-person sessions are available in Arlington, and I also provide virtual appointments for your convenience.
I completed my graduate work in counseling at Southern Methodist University and I am EMDR trained by EMDRIA approved EMDR training. Prior to becoming a mental health therapist, I studied medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas, which I used to develop a successful career as an executive at industry-leading companies. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a NBCC National Certified Counselor (NCC).
